The authors of the qualified abstracts and/or full papers to be presented at the conference must (1) register for participating in the conference by the due date, (2) attend the opening ceremony, and (3) present their work(s) in English in person on the date and time (designated by the conference committee). If they are unable to do so, they will not receive credit for their contribution and their full papers (if submitted) will not appear in the Proceedings.

The Proceedings of the conference will be published in the format of an Electronic book (E-book) with an International Standard Book Number (ISBN), which will be available on the website after the dates of the conference.
